Before founding Lestari, Andrew spent over two decades delivering complex projects across some of the most demanding sectors in UK construction: nuclear infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, institutional buildings, healthcare conversions, and heritage residential schemes. That breadth of experience is the foundation everything at Lestari is built on.
He designed and built the proprietary platform that underpins the service, created the governance framework that governs every project, and leads client engagements personally. He is currently the principal consultant on a national critical infrastructure programme.
Andrew believes the best project management is invisible to the client. They simply see a project that runs, a budget that holds, and a team that delivers.
